Recreational Aviation Australia is delighted to have Jabiru Aircraft as our Silver Sponsor.  Jabiru has been a long time industry leader and supporter of NATFLY and it is pleasing to have Jabiru with us again for Natfly 2012.  Be sure to visit the Jabiru site at Natfly.

RA-Aus is inviting offers from major aviation entities to become Sponsors for Australia’s premier Recreational Aviation event – NATFLY 2012 – to be held at Temora over Easter from 5^th to 8^th April 2012.

We are pleased to advise sponsorship opportunities at the following levels:

GOLD SPONSOR                 SILVER Sponsor                 Bronze Sponsor

Sponsorships will be awarded to suitable entities on the basis of the best offers received as judged by RA-Aus. Offers may be for from one to three years. Offers for Gold Sponsorship less than $7,500 per annum are unlikely to be successful. Similarly, offers for  Silver and Bronze sponsorships less than $5,000 or $3,000 per annum, respectively are unlikely to be successful. Offers must be sent in a sealed envelope to the RA-Aus Office to arrive no later than close of business on Monday 6^th February 2012.

Our GOLD SPONSOR will enjoy:

• Front Cover features on three editions of “SportPilot” over the next 12 months. SportPilot is the official publication of RA-Aus and is delivered monthly to nearly  11,000 Recreational Aviation pilots and sold nationally through Newsagents.
• Logo and links featured on the new NATFLY website and on the NATFLY 2012 Poster and Program;
• Tickets (10) for the Official Natfly Dinner to be held on Saturday evening, 7^th April 2012 with the opportunity to address the attendees at the Dinner and with banners displayed in a prime position at the Dinner. Also, logo and promotional material will be displayed on the PowerPoint slide show during the Dinner.
• Marquee, tables and chairs etc. provided for your stand in a premium location.

The Silver Sponsor will have one front cover exposure and logo and links on the Natfly Website and poster and in the Magazine and forum program, etc. Six tickets will be provided for the Dinner and their  logo will appear on the slide show through Dinner. Banner to be displayed in the Dining area. Marquee, and other equipment provided for your stand in a premium position.

The Bronze Sponsor will also have their logo and links on the Natfly website and poster and receive two tickets to the Official Dinner. Marquee, and other equipment provided for your stand in a premium position.

1.  Meeters and Greeters to meet the pilots flying in and distribute programs and information.   Times needed are:  Thursday afternoon, April 5; Friday morning or afternoon, April 6 and Saturday morning or afternoon, April 7.

2.  One or two IT professionals who will be on ‘standby’ to assist presenters in getting their powerpoint presentations to work and to sort out any other technical difficulties.

3.  Marshallers who are prepared to put in a morning or afternoon as foot soldiers.

4.  “Follow Me” Marshallers who can ride a motorbike, or have a quad they can use to escort aircraft to parking areas.

5.  Drivers for the pilot shuttle.

All volunteers will be covered by RA-Aus insurance and are invited to use the Volunteer Hut’s amenities for complementary food and drinks.
